Partner with Tremé for Tremé 2025
Historical & Cultural Celebration

Tremé 4 Tremé (T4T), in partnership with the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, New Orleans Four LLC, the TEP Center, and the New Orleans Legacy Project, will host a Historical & Cultural Legacy Weekend celebrating the rich history, music, and culture of New Orleans, the Tremé neighborhood, and beyond. We invite your brand or organization to partner with us to ensure these productions and live events are fully supported.

About The Musical Tribute
This tribute will honor the legacy of New Orleans’ free people of color who founded La Société Philharmonique, the courageous Civil Rights pioneers—the New Orleans Four—and the fearless Freedom Fighters of the New Orleans & Louisiana’s Resistance Movement. The weekend culminates with Music of a Movement, an anthology of symphonic works composed, written, or made famous by Black artists of the 1950s–1970s, when music became a force for unity and change worldwide.

Dear Friend,

My name is Cyril B. Saulny, Co-Founder and President of Tremé for Tremé, and I am honored to invite you to join us as a sponsoring partner for an extraordinary weekend of history, culture, and music in 2025.

Tremé for Tremé, together with leading New Orleans historical and cultural preservation organizations—including The New Orleans Legacy Project, the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, The Historic New Orleans Collection (THNOC), the TEP Center, and our production partners Sunstar Gate Productions & Fish Pot Studios—has come together to launch a powerful collaborative initiative. Our mission is to achieve transformational, community-wide impact by celebrating and preserving the stories that shaped not only New Orleans, but the world.

2025 Programming

This Historical and Cultural Weekend Will:

  • Honor the 65th Anniversary of The New Orleans Four—four brave little girls who desegregated New Orleans public schools and inspired a nation.

  • Celebrate the legacy of New Orleans’ Free People of Color—visionaries who founded La Société Philharmonique in Tremé before the Civil War.

  • Culminate in “Music of a Movement”—an unforgettable symphonic tribute to masterpieces composed, written, or made famous by Black artists of the 1950s–1970s, when music fueled unity, justice, and global change.

"Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly. I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be. This is the interrelated structure of reality." – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

As you’ve reviewed our sponsorship deck, I trust you can feel the energy and vision behind this historic weekend—an outpouring of love, community, and resilience. Together, we are lifting up the stories of those who defied discrimination and division, uniting us as a country that we intend to continue as we rise above adversity.

This transformative celebration will also be preserved in Part 3 of The New Orleans Legacy Project Docuseries, weaving together oral histories, interviews, archival footage, and first-hand accounts from New Orleans’ legendary culture bearers and fearless Freedom Fighters of the Louisiana Resistance Movement. You can watch the teaser on the website: www.NewOrleansLegacyProject.org

By sponsoring this historic weekend in New Orleans, your organization becomes a vital part of bringing this essential history to life—ensuring untold stories are shared, voices are uplifted, and future generations are inspired through celebration, music, film, and live performance.

I would be honored to connect with you directly to discuss partnership opportunities. Together, we can ensure this iconic lifetime cultural celebration receives the support and recognition it so greatly deserves.

With gratitude and determination,

Cyril B. Saulny
